LISTEN TO THE SCALA RELEASE OF: 'The Noose'
A little background…
"As a solo artist, my general modus operandi is to compose instrumental music, however throughout my degree I was tasked specifically to write songs. One of which was entered in a SCALA (Songwriters, Composers and Lyricists Association) competition under the recommendation of my, then music business mentor, Ronnie Taheny. The song I chose, 'The Noose', was recorded at my home studio in Adelaide and sung by session musician Brooke Marchant.
This tune took the Howard Kehl Rock Music Development Award in 2017 and was later released on a SCALA compilation CD titled 'Round and Round'"
